Catherine is a certified personal trainer and wellness advocate. She believes there is no single disease or condition that cannot be helped by nutrition.   Teaching mindfulness, movement, macro and micro nutrition to help individuals make simple changes that over time improve their overall health is her platform.  She keeps it simple and supportive, through weekly wellness talks, monthly challenges, education, recipe shares and quarterly whole-food reboot group coaching. It's a community that keeps you learning, engaged and on track and with more people at home, in the kitchen and thinking about their immunity, we are growing! 

 Along with  wellness coaching services, she is super passionate about whole food nutrition and raising up the next generation. Only 1 in 10 people get enough fruits or vegetables every day, which is why we partner with the largest whole food nutrition company in the world, Juice Plus+. Juice Plus is concentrated fruits, vegetables and berries in capsules, chews, protein mix or bars.   Catherine loves it because it's dehydrated produce, not a supplement, with over 30+ clinical research studies, but families love their non-profit program called Healthy Starts for Families which provides FREE nutrition for children age 4-undergrad with an adult order.  This program has served over a million families and become the world's largest population study EVER done on children & nutrition with phenomenal results.
